Wash and Fold FAQ
We sort your laundry by likeness, spot-treat stains as we find them (or by request), and wash and dry everything using premium detergents and products. Collared shirts are hung, and we'll hang other items on request too. Once dry, we fluff, fold most items neatly, and pair up socks. Everything is stacked and bagged before you pick it up.

Let our attendant know your detergent preference when you drop off — they'll note it on your order.
Drop your laundry off during service hours, tell our attendant your preferences and any special instructions, and they'll weigh your order and hand you a claim ticket. We'll text you when it's ready.
Pickup and Delivery FAQ
Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery days, and select how often you'd like service — one-time, weekly, or biweekly.
Bag your dirty laundry and set it out on your scheduled pickup day. If part of your order needs special treatment, pack it in a separate bag.
Yes. When scheduling online, use the Preferences and Special Instructions fields to note anything specific — delicate cycle, low temperature, extra stain treatment, or any other request.
Your laundry is washed, dried, and folded by our team, then returned fresh and neatly folded on your scheduled delivery day.
No. Just note where the driver can find your laundry and where to leave it when it's returned in your order notes.
Pricing FAQ
You pay when you pick up your laundry in-store, based on the dry, finished weight of your order.
The card on your account is charged once your laundry is finished and dry — before delivery. Billing is based on the dry, finished weight of your order.
Yes. In-store drop-off wash and fold has a 10 lb. minimum, and pickup and delivery orders have a 45 lb. minimum.
A fuel surcharge is added to each pickup and delivery order. See our pricing page for current rates.
Self-Service Laundromat FAQ
All machines are card- and app-operated. Get a laundry card from our Laundroworks kiosk using cash, debit, credit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, or use the Laundry Cat app by scanning the QR code on any machine.
Yes. We offer 60 lb. and 40 lb. Speed Queen washers in addition to our standard machines, so bedding and bulky loads wash in one cycle.
An attendant is on duty Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM. The laundromat itself is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM.
Yes, our vending area carries Tide, All, Gain, OxiClean, bleach, dryer sheets, and laundry bags for $1.25 each.
Commercial Laundry FAQ
We work with spas, salons, hotels, motels, Airbnb and short-term rentals, event centers, wedding venues, schools and colleges, gyms and fitness centers, medical facilities, long-term care facilities, and campgrounds.
Qualifying commercial accounts can access bulk and volume pricing, flexible weekly billing cycles, and other customizations. Request a quote to see if your business qualifies.
