What Happens After Pickup

Once your order is placed, here's what to expect: 

Our driver picks up your laundry on the scheduled day. From there, everything is washed, dried, and folded by our laundry experts — sorted by likeness, spot-treated as needed, and finished with premium detergents. Your laundry comes back thoroughly dried, fresh, and neatly folded on your designated delivery day. 

You don't need to be home for pickup or delivery. Just note in your order where the driver can find your laundry and where they should leave it when it's returned. Please note: Spin & Spray is not responsible for damage to or loss of laundry left out before pickup or after delivery.
